Potential Use Case: Survey of the State of .NET OSS

Was thinking -- we could do something along the lines of an anonymous survey where people assess their companies to indicate their maturity level (see #5). They could provide some aggregate information (company size, # of developers, industry, public vs private sector, country/region/state, etc.) and we could use this to assess the overall state of things.

This could even be integrated directly into #5, as a sort of quiz where we ask several questions to attempt to determine the maturity level of a company, and then capture additional information for survey purposes.

This may be useful even as a precursor to #5 - as a way to gather data in order to define the steps in the maturity model.
