[Enhancement] Determine module timetable based on semester derived from date (limited to current AY)

Current Implementation

Currently, Apollo only uses Semester 2 data and there is no differentiation if the student is using it in AY22/23 Semester 1.

Possible Enhancement

Configure Apollo to be able to detect which semester it is in and use that for scheduling.

Low priority as Apollo is meant only for AY22/23 currently and Semester 1 has already passed.
