[PE-D][Tester E] Incorrect IDX used when it shows a clash in date with other records/lessons

As shown, in the image below,
Deadline with description 'a' has IDX 4 (bottom half of the screenshot), but upon adding a record that occurs within the same day as 'a', it now shows the IDX of 'a' to be 1.
