[PE-D][Tester B] Formatting of weekly schedule

It is nice to see the number of lessons I have in a day. However, the timing of the lessons are much more important. It would be much more readable to state the timing first, followed by the module code.

Current:

Lessons:
1. CS1010 Tutorial: 1200-1400
2. CG2111A Laboratory: 1400-1700

Proposed Change:

Lessons:
1200-1400: CS1010 Tutorial
1400-1700: CG2111A Laboratory
