Shift Key not functioning on "Libretro" Fork

I noticed the fixes for Shift Key, which work great for THIS Repo. But, the Libretro Fork, Shift does not work at all. Just thought it would be helpful to apply a Shift Key fix for Libretro Core, as well, since many use it. Thanks:)
