Decide what types of hostnames we can have in the docs

• currently, my policy is either:
  • remove hostnames
  • or, have hostnames of only things which are already public on aalto sites
  • or, services accessible only from inside the aalto network and requires authentication.

"or" means I have been inconsistent. I have tried for the first two, but some from third have made their way in, mainly data access.

This is what I have been doing. Generally I use google to search aalto.fi, usually I find data already out there somewhere so include it. I'm only listing services already public, or things only usable from aalto networks + have good authentication.
