Dynamic Form Demo work with .Net 6

I am unable to make the library work with .Net6

Model based forms work as expected.

1. git clone repo
2. update the project solutions to target .net 6

in addition
a) fork repo
b) use new blazor template with VS2022
c) add in the model based form - works as expected
d) add in the dynamic based form - fails as before
