LLM autocontext user included files

When using LLM autocontext the LLM should receive a message saying: "These are all of the user included files:" followed by the user included files, and then receive a separate message asking which features it thinks would help with the users query with all of the non user included features. Right now, it simply receives one message with all features in it (which may or may not include the user files).
