Default temperature

Currently the default temperature is 1, which is the most imaginative wouldn't (since this is dealing with our actual data) it be better to have it set to 0.1 so it's more exacting?

It's a good point. #17 also wants to modify the temp. Let's add as an option to the config, and test out different defaults with gpt-4.
