As a System Administrator
I need the ability to reset the counter
So that I can redo counting from the start
Details and Assumptions
- Service must be unavailable for the users when resetting
Acceptance Criteria
Given I have incremented the counter to 4
When I reset the counter
Then it should return 0 as the counter value
