2.1 Define in clinical and biomechanical terms what adjustments are necessary for three different exemplar patients

Create three categories (theoretical patients) with the most common characteristics due to Cervical level injury.

Comment from quarterly progress meeting (in July 2020) from Rory O'conner: He suggested to focus on creating a theoretical participant with SCI at C5 level because our technology is more relevant to this group. Generally, this population has lost their distal activities, but they have their proximal ability. Also, there is tenodesis grasp and we are more likely to be able to stimulate their triceps.

Three theoretical patients (backed up from previous literature and based on our systematic review on assistive tech):
Patient A: C5 level of injury without corrective surgery
Patient B: C5 level of injury with corrective surgery
Patient C: C6 level of injury with corrective surgery (65-75% of individuals with tetraplegia benefit from corrective surgery but only 14% are given this treatment. Here we have two out of three patients with corrective surgery to show the effectiveness of such surgeries.)

Detailed characteristics of each theoretical patient will be commented here once finalised.
