[Bug]: OpenRV icon not showing on CentOS-7

What happened?
In our latest 2 builds, the OpenRV icon is not displaying/set on the window's title bar. It's also not showing up on the "About Open RV" window or the system's taskbar. I can see the "RV.ico" file in the resources directory but it doesn't seem to be picked up.
Our first build from back in Feb does show the icon successfully.
Our most recent build was built from aa34e83
