Describe the bug
Sometimes EyeCommander doesn't install properly and needs to be removed and reinstalled.
To Reproduce
There are no perfect steps to reproduce. There might have been some network connectivity issues when this occurred. Try reproducing it by installing in offline mode.
Expected behaviour
It should always install, even when offline.
