Make settings labels clearer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the labels are not that obvious, I regularly get emails asking what they do

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally all the labels should be really easy to understand and use

Describe alternatives you've considered
We should still provide tool tips but on their own the actual label should be more helpful

Additional context

• 'Throttle time' is not very helpful, use 'repetition delay' or something similar.
• Try and use industry standard terms where possible
