Would love to see or know the way/option on how to set a particular video on my local shares as a looping auto-playing video instead of the auto-play trailers from YouTube. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.

Well if you have local trailers then the YouTube trailer will not play. You
will need to name the trailers in your local folder correctly.
