Opening the Trainer Editor on any French Platinum [CPUF] rom displays an EndOfStream Error

Works with US Platinum though, sorry for the rudeness of the message
Edit : Works on 1.7, the problem occurs in 1.7.1

Thanks for reporting it. It's now fixed for all supported ROMs and languages.
