[Bug] Editing Trainers Leaves Names With Question Marks

Editing Platinum's trainer data, leaves some trainers not edited with question marks before there name. I noticed this after editing only one rival fight and it seems to have happen to every other trainer.

I have run into a similar issue when editing Red's name and team for HeartGold.
