Index outside of bounds array when trying to edit jigglypuffs moveset (1.11.1)

hi i was editing jigglypuffs moveset when i got this error, im not sure what i did. it happens every time i go into jigglypuff on the learnset editor screen and it doesnt let me edit any other moves if i continue. the error message was:
"Index was outside the bounds of the array."

i can edit other movesets but not jigglypuffs

I was trying to add swift to jigglypuffs moveset when it happened and i think i might have tried to add a number for the move id instead and thats what did it? im really not sure. also im editing pokemon platinum if its relevant
