the row padding shouldn't be there

From the Setting.scss, i saw under .row, there is a padding:10px ,0 ; , which shouldn't be there, at least most of the time i think o.O, or when using row, there'll always has a 10 px gap top and bottom.

It's just for pure demo reasons, can be changed to what ever you like once in your hands :)
