[BUG] Inspector responsive design mode dropdown bug

Describe the problem
The responsive design mode dropdown that shows the list of devices to test has a fixed height, and doesn't allow scrolling, and is limiting devices to choose.

Not sure if this is the theme issue, or something with firefox
