Editor wont launch

Summary
DualtiyEditor wont launch.
Installing Packages..
Then this dialog:
Internet is working. I have tried running as Administrator. Allowing it through the built in Windows Firewall. (windows 10). No luck.
I then looked at the log file, a bunch of unrelated errors, see attached.
I do have .NET 472 installed.

Mysteriously just started working.
