[BUG] Players can join minigames even if they don't have money to bet

Describe the bug
Players can join minigames using signs with the "bet" on it even if they dont have money

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just join any minigame with a sign with "bet" on it

Expected behavior
Players without/not enough money aren't suppose to be able to join

  • Minigames Version: 1.16-Snapshot-348
  • Server Type: Purpur
  • Server Version: 1.16.5

Additional context
Players without/not enough money are basically able to win free money if they win the round
