The problem seems to be the id="cookies" in the consent form.
I used dev tools in safari to change the id to something different and suddenly the checkbox appear the same as if adguard was disabled. The "cookies" field here is used to capture consent to use cookies, nothing nefarious.Note that this page also isn't styled as it should be, for some reason safari is rejecting the styles with an error:
"Did not parse stylesheet at 'https://jazzband.co/static/dist/styles.css' because non CSS MIME types are not allowed in strict mode." which appears to be wrong since the link stylesheet line has type="text/css". This happens regardless of adguard setting.

Is it reproducible when filters are disabled, but protection - enabled.
