Add "lb._dns-sd._udp.*.in-addr.arpa" to the default list of exclusions

Talking about PTR queries like this: lb._dns-sd._udp.111.15.80.10.in-addr.arpa
It makes little sense to route these DNS discovery queries through the public DNS resolvers, they're only required for DNS discovery. Let's change the default exclusions list of DnsLibs to route them to system DNS.
