Utilize new resource-types

There are now:

• "websocket", "fetch", and "other" resource types: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=222709
• "ping" resource type: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197325

We should be able to configure the target version of Safari and use these new resource types only when the target version of Safari 15 or newer.

Note that ping is probably supported in Safari 14 so we can already start using it.

For older versions the logic must stay the same.
