Feature Request: Support http method POST for upstream server over doh3 (HTTP/3)

When configuring an upstream server over doh3 (ex. dnsproxy -l <listen ip address -p -u h3:///dns-query), all forwarded requests from dnsproxy use the GET method. Would be nice to support POST as well. The same would apply to doh2 (dns over http/2).
