Buttons black out when I have other windows open

Describe the bug
When I have any other windows open with adibags, my buttons all black out. This includes the mailbox, the bank, the character menu. I have disabled Masque. I do use elvui adibags addon and windtools. Wondering where the conflict is or what adjustments I need to make.
Steps to reproduce
open bank or mailbox and transfer item from adibags to open mailbox
Verification
- I have disabled all other addons and made sure this bug is triggered only with AdiBags enabled
