`identSize` should be changed to `indentSize` - typo

Issue in ./help/sites-administering/configure-rich-text-editor-plug-ins.md

In the "Set indent margin" section, it says the list RTE plugin should have an attribute called identSize. This should be changed to say indentSize since it's a typo.
