in the instructions for MacOS:

git clone git@github.com:AdobeXD/Plugin-Samples.git plugins

should be

git clone https://github.com/AdobeXD/plugin-samples.git

or something similar ("P" and "S" should be lowercase.

Thanks for reporting this. Fixed in 440282d
