Bluestacks 5 constantly crashing

Anyone have this problem, I've tried reinstalling, hyper V is turned off, antivirus off, virtualization turned on in bios everything set to high and 4 cores, plays a few games and freezes up

went to properties set it to always run as administrator and switched compatibility mode to always run using windows 8. Which I think all I needed to do was the administration part but oh well
oh and changed phone to galaxy s21+
