The current behavior or issue
Uploaded workflows are all stored in the same folder

The steps taken to reproduce the behavior or issue, or specify a location where the steps were recorded
To reproduce, upload a downloaded workflow file and look in the workflow folder. The folder will not be isolated from other users

Expected behavior
Uploaded workflow files are stored on a per-user basis
