Task to do
Allow users to access the DPP UI on CEREUS without needing aa VPN or a port number. Of the two, the VPN issue is more important.

Reason
Requiring a VPN connection makes it more difficult for users (UA and non-UA) to access the site. Needing to specify a port number makes accessing the site difficult since most people don't use them on a URL.

Result
Users can access the site easily
