Fix AWS plugin packaging

# Installs all of the different AWS plugins + covalent-aws-plugins repo + covalent (specified by the individual plugin repos)
pip install covalent-aws-plugins

# This would install the covalent-aws-plugin repo + covalent-awsbatch-repo but NOT any of the other plugins.
pip install covalent-awsbatch-plugin
