Describe the bug
Doesn't dragging on iOS 13 beta & Safari 13 beta & cropperjs >= 1.5.0
( it used to work on cropperjs <= 1.4.3 )
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install iOS 13 Developer Beta 8 (Lastest beta version)
Try dragging in crop area
Smartphone (please complete the following information):
Device: iPhone XR
OS: iOS 13 beta 8 (17A5572a)
Browser: Safari 13 beta
Version: cropperjs 1.5.5 ( >= 1.5.0)
FIXED IN CROPPERJS : fengyuanchen/cropperjs#571

You will probably need only 'npm install' to solve this issue
