[Enhancement] Border opacity and blur

Wayfire blur and alpha plugin affects the whole window. It would be nice if this feature is handled by firedecor so that only window borders are affected. Thanks

The colors used in wayfire borders can include an alpha component. You should either use wayfire's native transparency, or the alpha component of these colors.
