[Help] Launcher won't start

When I attempt to start the Windows launcher I'm presented with the following issue:
Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4608M
The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size.
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Press any key to exit...
I've already exported the file so that's not the issue, however I do not know how to get it to start up

The Randomizer runs on 64-Bit but you have Java 32-Bit installed. Delete your Java version and download "Windows Offline (64-Bit)" at this Link: https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
