You probably have downloaded Java 32bit. I had to download the offline java 64bit, instead of the online download, as it kept giving me the 32bit!

My randomizer always tried utilizing Java 32 Bit, even when i installed the 64 Bit version. I recommend deinstalling Java 32 Bit, and then installing Java 64 Bit at this Link by selecting "Windows Offline (64 Bit)": https://www.java.com/de/download/manual.jsp
