help for the result constuct of linear model

When I test the linear model of Altar, the result is three file, such as, llk.txt, sigma.txt, theta.txt. the d is 108 * 1, the Green is 108 * 18, but the llk file is 4096 * 1, the theta file is 73728 * 1,sigma file is 324 * 1. so what is the relationship with them or how could I reshape the one list to get mean value of each theta. Because i don't have the Novida cuda so my version is not the lijun99 version, the document of altar2.0 is not match. Thank you.
