{{ date("D, M j, Y \a\t g:ia", $this->utc2local(@comment.created_date)) }} must be replaced by {{ date("D, M j, Y \a\t g:ia", $this->utc2local(@issue.created_date)) }}

This is fixed in v1.7.12
