Description
Sometimes when crossing regions, items may become ghost attached, causing difficulties with detaching and using them. In Firestorm and Kokua they have implemented a feature to refresh attachments.
In Alchemy it seems like you have to relog to resolve such issues.

i think this is already implemented but im unsure if this even works? under preferences>advanced and tick the box next to the show advanced tab (cant recall off the top of my head atm) but then the advanced tab shows up and it should be right in there somewhere
