[New Feature]: Group toasts open group info

Description
The group notifications in the upper right window are not clickable. This is not very convenient when the group notice is older and the attachment does not open. If that happens (and it happens a lot) I have to open the people slider, find the group and open it from there.
I would like to have a button to open the group info box from the notification area.
