Can we hide/disable download/saveAs options from docx, xlsx, ppt view.

For Pdf I can able hide download option from viewer by applying display: none property for the element.
In case of docx, xlsx, ppt I can't able do the same.
Is there a way to restrict download/saveAs options form docx, xlsx, ppt view.
