Form not submitting?

Hi, first I wanted to thank you for a great job! Installed very smoothly, I went to do a check on the first form I created after installing the frontend widget. And when I submit the form it just loops. Any thoughts on what is happening? I installed on Magento 2.3

What browser do You use ?
Can You check ajax response in "network" tab in Your browser ?
Can You chec magento logs ?
