Add "OSD > Show local time" checkbox (and other OSD toggles) to Options

I had accidentally turned the "local time" option on by pressing I and, without searching here, I would never have known that it even was an option.

Please can this, and the other OSD toggles (remaining time, filename) be added to the OSD section of the options page? Currently it's a very hidden setting as it only appears in the Keys list.

It's enough that it's in the keys.
