Support for Windows Wine and Ubuntu packages.

@Subbarao6338 Wine is impossible. Debian packages can be installed via Crotini or https://github.com/dnschneid/crouton. Crouton is actually broken on real ChromeOS for now because of a kernel change. But I reverted this change and so ThoriumOS is still compatible with it.

@Alex313031, What about Android apps?

Packages can be installed natively via the package brew in the crosh shell. Crostini virtualizes a linux environment which will hurt performance and take up more storage.
