[Feature Request] arXiv and Google Scholar Support

This is the feature request of @RanolP.

There is a journal service provided by Cornell University called arXiv.

Redirection to arXiv will be great for higher quality papers.

Since this page (arXiv) is heavily used on our PR&ML Laboratory. This feature will be implemented on version 0.4.0
