Input data format?

Opened this issue · 1 comments

Hello, nice work on this sleep graph rendering library!

I was wondering if you could give an example of the input data that is expected for this app? I am not much experienced with orgmode, but I don't recall there is a standard way to input sleep data in it?

(BTW: I guess you know but your graph is typical of the non-24 circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorder, it looks very much like mine, daytime naps included!).

Hey! What a lovely day, I did not expect to get tickets in this repository! Thank you! :)

It has a feature for clocking time. See this: https://orgmode.org/manual/Clocking-commands.html

The examples directory has a file which should Just Work™:

Yes, but here's the latest graph:

I don't track my sleep anymore, and honestly there's probably no point now. On the graph, for the last several months I was able to sleep more or less normally, often waking up without an alarm clock at a meaningful time (9-10 AM or so). Due to my social lifestyle it's normal for me now to not sleep until 3-4 AM, and waking up early is no longer needed anyway. However, what changed now is that the non-24 issue is just gone, my rhythm is no longer shifting over time. It's a bit hard to say what exactly fixed it, but I believe that moving to a different place where the goddamn sun is shining right into my face in the morning had a big role in that.
