Suggestion: Dynamically consider rested XP when evaluating experience-gained stats

Hello,

Thank you for this great addon.

I was wondering if with the nerf of heirlooms in Shadowlands and outside of rested xp them not being any good compared to normal items, maybe you could add a check so if there is rested xp it would suggest heirlooms and if not ignore them completely?
Not sure if that would be possible, but it would keep a character as geared as possible during leveling.
