[Feature Request] Config to disable Rock Shell Chestplate damage

The Rock Shell Chestplate is very fun to mess around with for the unique movement it provides, but can often result in damaging mobs unintentionally. An option to disable the damage would be appreciated. Whether this be via a config or something in-game specific to chestplate... I don't really know the best option.
