[Bug]: Mobs and structures not spawning

What happened?

It's my 1st time writing one of this so sorry if my formatting is wrong.

Like the title says mobs and structures aren't spawning in my world, even when take all the other mods out except I&F and Biome's O'Plenty I cannot seem to find anything Ice and Fire related. In creative I can equip dragon armor, spawn dragons, place dragon eggs. The only mod feature I've found are the towers than spawn in the villages with the manuscript pages and beastiary.

When I try and use the command "/locate" to find a Gorgon temple for example my game lags like if I was on a multiplayer server. So I'm not sure what's going on and my curious if you guys have any ideas.

PS: The Ice and Fire title screen shows up like normal too.
